Learned standing counsel for the respondent submits on instructions that the respondent has taken a decision to sanction an electricity connection to the petitioner within three days of the petitioner completing all formalities.

The petition is allowed in terms of the statement made by learned standing counsel for the respondent. The respondent shall intimate the formalities to be completed by the petitioner to his counsel within three days.

Learned standing counsel for the respondent submits that in the event of any obstruction by the seller from which the petitioner purchased the property, the SHO concerned be directed to provide the police assistance for installation. The SHO shall provide the assistance upon being requested. 4.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsels for the parties under signatures of the Court Master.
