% 22.03.2017 While disposing of this appeal vide judgment of 7th September, 2016, the quantum of compensation granted by learned Tribunal has been upheld. However, the mode of its disbursement was left open and for that purpose, a date was fixed.

Learned counsel for appellant submits that since the quantum of compensation granted vide impugned Award has been upheld, therefore, let its disbursement be as per the impugned Award. I find substance in the stand taken by learned counsel for appellant. No further orders are called for in this disposed of appeal except that the disbursement of the awarded compensation shall be in the same manner as indicated in impugned Award.
