O R D E R

% 11.05.2016 The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking following prayers:- "(i) issue an appropriate writ, order or direction thereby directing the respondent No.2 to appoint the petitioner in terms of her securing 49.20 marks in the reserved list in the general category as all other persons, who have secured 49.20 marks in the general category in the reserved list, have been appointed;

(ii) issue an appropriate writ, order or direction thereby directing the respondent No.2 to give seniority and other benefits, to which the petitioner is entitled as all other counterparts in the general category, who also secured 49.20 marks have already been appointed; (iii) issue an appropriate writ, order or direction thereby directing the respondent No.2 to reserve one post of

Probationary Officer in any Nationalized Bank for the petitioner, till the final disposal of the present petition; (iv) award costs of the present petition in favour of the petitioner and against the respondents."

Mr.N.S. Dalal, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondent No.2 has issued letter dated 02.05.2016 and in view of the same, petitioner does not want to pursue the present petition and seeks permission to withdraw the present petition and application. As prayed, the petition as well as application are dismissed as withdrawn.
