% 29.09.2016 Mr. R.C.Chawla, the learned counsel for the respondent, states that the writ petitioner seeks setting aside of order dated 31.03.2015 passed in Appeal No. 36(16)2016 by the EPF Appellate Tribunal. However, as of 26.07.2016 the appeal has been dismissed because the 'pre-deposit' amount was deposited paid by the petitioner (appellant) within the stipulated time. In the circumstances, the writ petition has become infructuous. The learned Senior Advocate for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks to withdraw the petition so that the petitioner may take recourse to appropriate remedies as may be available in law. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty granted. NAJMI WAZIRI, J.
