1. Despite service report stating that there is no company at such address, counsel for the Petitioner insists that the Respondent has been appearing in arbitral proceedings.

2. It will be open to the Petitioner to file application under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 before the learned Arbitrator and if such application is filed before the next four weeks, the Arbitrator will endeavour to dispose of such application on merits within a period of four weeks, thereafter.

3. The petition is disposed of.
