The parties have filed the present joint petition under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, inter alia, praying that the time for making the arbitral award be extended for a further period of six months from 28.05.2018.

The learned counsel appearing for the parties state that the Arbitral Tribunal has reserved the orders for making the arbitral award. It is further stated that the Arbitral Tribunal has acted with due despatch. 3.

In view of the above, the time for making the arbitral award is extended till 28.11.2018 as prayed for by the parties. 4.

The petition is disposed of.
