% 06.12.2016 Learned counsel for the respondents states that in pursuance to this Court's order dated 31st August, 2016, the respondents have constituted a visiting team for inspecting the petitioner's college. She further states that the respondents' visiting team is scheduled to visit the petitioner's college between 6th December, 2016 and 20th December, 2016. In view of the aforesaid statement, the present contempt petition is closed.

However, in the event the aforesaid statement is not complied with, the petitioner is at liberty to file appropriate proceedings in accordance with law including seeking revival of the present contempt petition. MANMOHAN, J DECEMBER 06, 2016/KA
