% 17.09.2018 With the consent of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties, the present writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, whereby, the petitioner had prayed for quashing of the Memorandum dated 22nd February, 2018, debarring him from appearing in any examination of the University of Delhi, with immediate effect, for a period of one year and further cancelled the results of the LL.B. examinations already taken by him; and further quash the Memorandum dated 16th April, 2018, whereby, the review/appeal filed by the petitioner was dismissed; is taken up for hearing today.

After making some arguments, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, upon perusal of the original record, in relation to the above Memorandum dated 22nd February, 2018, issued by the University of Delhi, seeks leave to withdraw this petition, Leave granted.
The petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly. Pending applications also stand disposed of.
The date already fixed i.e. 9th October, 2018, stands cancelled. All interim orders stand vacated accordingly. Needless to state that, the petitioner shall be entitled to write the LL.B.-IIIrd Term Examination, 2017 (5th Semester), conducted by the University of Delhi, in December, 2018.
