The petitioner seeks regular bail in FIR No. 324/2013 under Sections 498A/304-B/302 of the IPC registered at Police Station Mandavali, Delhi.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in case the court is inclined to expedite the trial and direct completion of the trial within a timeframe, she would not press the present application. 3.

Keeping in view the fact that all the public witnesses have been examined and only 8 official witnesses/police officers are left to be examined and also the fact that the petitioner has been in custody since 31.05.2013, the trial court is directed to expedite the recording of witnesses and conclude the same preferably within a period of three months from the next date of hearing i.e. 06.07.2018. BAIL APPLN. 1037/2018

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition.

The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
