O R D E R

% 21.09.2016 Vide order dated 31.05.2016, the Hon'ble Court has, inter-alia, passed the following order:- "5.

The entire process of holding inquiry as well as fixation of responsibility shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the order and the concerned Chief Engineer of the appellant shall file an affidavit stating the outcome of the said inquiry and the fixation of responsibility with the Registrar General of this Court.

The file may be placed before the Registrar General after the expiry of three months."

As per the office report, no affidavit has been filed by the Chief Engineer of the appellant.

In these circumstances, let a reminder be issued to the Chief Engineer of the appellant in terms of order dated 31.05.2016 passed by the Hon'ble Court. Renotify on 10.11.2016.
