This is an application filed under Section 151 of CPC, 1908 seeking withdrawal of the petition filed under Section 34 of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 challenging Award dated 30.12.2014, since, the matter has been settled in "Vivaad se Vishwaas II Scheme." 2.

For the reasons stated in the petition, issue notice. 3.

Ms. Khare, learned counsel on behalf of the respondent accepts notice and states that money has not been received so far. 4.

Since the matter is settled, the present application is allowed. 5.

Binding the parties to the terms of the settlement, the petition is disposed of.

In case, the amounts are not received the parties will be at liberty to revive the petition.
