Crl. M.C. 1154/2017 & Crl. M.A. 4754/2017 Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner wants to join the proceedings however, the Court below has passed proceedings under Section 82 Cr.P.C. against the petitioner. He further submits that the petitioner wants to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file appropriate application.
In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition as well as the accompanying application are dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file appropriate application before
