This application has been filed by the defendant nos.1 and 4 praying for the return of the Original Assessment Order dated 21.01.1980 issued by Income Tax Department; and Original Assessment Order dated 26.12.1983 issued by the Wealth Tax Department.

The learned counsel for the plaintiff does not oppose the application.

As the documents were filed by the defendant nos.1 and 4, the same be returned to the said defendants/applicants on the applicants replacing them with the certified copies of the said documents. 4.

The learned counsel for the defendant nos.1 and 4 submits that the above said documents be released in favour of the defendant no.3 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
