% 11.05.2018 Ms.Salwan, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the stand taken by the respondents before this Court, the petitioners have filed a petition under Section 24(2) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition Act, 2013. She submits that in view of the subsequent petition filed by the petitioners, they do not wish to press the present petition and seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to initiate appropriate proceeding in respect of the land in question.
