% 17.02.2020 This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to respondent No.1 to demolish the illegal and unauthorized construction over property bearing No.K-38, Near Kahliullah Masjid, Batla House, Jamia Nagar, Okhla, New Delhi.

A fresh status report has been filed in court, which is taken on record. As per the status report, demolition order has been passed and demolition action is proposed after February 2020.

None has appeared for the petitioner. None had also appeared for the petitioner on several dates. Respondent No.1/SDMC is taking action as per law.

Respondent No.1/SDMC will deal with the said property as per law. With the above direction the present petition is disposed of. JAYANT NATH, J.
