% 10.05.2016 After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that present writ petition is not being pressed. However, petitioner may be granted time to vacate the suit premises. Learned counsel for the respondent submits that she has taken instructions from the respondent and respondent is willing to grant three months time to the petitioner to vacate the suit premises.

Accordingly, petitioner is granted time to vacate the suit premises on or before 31st August, 2016, subject to his furnishing an 'affidavit of undertaking' to the Registrar General of this Court within two weeks stating therein that he shall handover vacant and peaceful possession

of the suit premises to the respondent on or before 31st August, 2016. Writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous.
