% 28.01.2020 Vide this application, petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 62/2018, under Section 376 IPC, registered at police station Hauz Khas, New Delhi.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for State informs that charge sheet in this case has already been filed and thereafter, victim has been examined as PW-8.

In view of the above, learned counsel for petitioner submits that she be granted interim protection to the effect that she be allowed to appear before the learned trial court to seek regular bail. Heard.

Let the petitioner appear before the concerned trial court to seek regular bail. In the meanwhile, interim protection granted to petitioner BAIL APPLN. 1044/2018

shall continue till the next date fixed before the learned trial court. The application stands disposed of accordingly with liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court after exhausting the remedies available to her as per law.
