Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the representation of the petitioner dated 06.03.2015 will be decided within a period of eight weeks.

Mr.D.P. Pande, learned counsel for the petitioner is satisfied

with the aforesaid and submits that the petition and application may be disposed of.

In view of the submissions made by counsel for the parties, it is deemed appropriate to dispose of the present petition as well as application with the direction to respondents to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 06.03.2016 within a period of eight weeks from today and the decision thereof be communicated to the petitioner within one week thereafter.
