% 05.03.2018 It is submitted by learned counsel for the respondent that though the petitioner has filed objections under Section 34 but similar objections were filed by the defendant before the Court of ADJ, Gurdaspur, where vide order dated 10.02.2016 the objections were decided and the matter was sent to the learned Arbitrator to decide issue No.7 afresh.

Learned counsel for the petitioner agree to these facts and submit he shall appear before the learned arbitrator to agitate the matter further.
