This petition under Section 29A(4) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 has been filed by the petitioners seeking extension of time for making of the Arbitral Award in the arbitration proceedings between the parties.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the respondents have no objection if the prayer is granted.

Having perused the contents of the petition as also the no objection expressed by the learned counsel for the respondents, the time for making the Arbitral Award is extended by a further period of nine months with

effect from 17.03.2018.

The petition is allowed in the above terms, with no order as to cost. Dasti.
