The counsel for the two plaintiffs namely F. Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd. and OSI Pharmaceuticals Inc. and the counsel for the defendant/counterclaimant Cipla Ltd. state that the parties have settled disputes subject matter of the suit as well as counter-claim on the terms contained in this application and seek disposal of the suit as well as counter-claim in terms thereof. 2.

The counsels, on enquiry, state that the application is signed by the authorised representative of the parties and is also accompanied by their affidavits as is also signed by them.

I have perused the terms of the compromise arrived at and find the same to be lawful.

The application is allowed and disposed of.

The suit as well as the counter-claim are disposed of in terms of the compromise as contained in IA No.6913/2017 and a decree is passed in the suit as well as in the counter-claim in terms of IA No.6913/2017 which shall form part of the decree sheet, leaving the parties to bear their own costs. 6.

The parties are also bound to their statements contained in the application.
