The petitioner seeks regular bail under Section 439 Cr.P.C. in case FIR No.349/2015 registered under Sections 354A/323/506/376/34 IPC & Section 8 POCSO Act at PS Krishna Nagar, Delhi. Status report is on record.

I have heard the learned counsel for the parties and have examined the file. The petitioner is in custody since 09.02.2016. The prosecutrix and her mother are present before the Court. They have no objection to the grant of bail to the petitioner. It is informed that the prosecutrix regularly visits the petitioner in jail. On enquiry, she confirmed it.

Co-accused is stated to have been granted interim protection. The prosecutrix and the petitioner were acquainted with each other. Friendship had developed between the two. BAIL APPLN. 906/2016

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is admitted to bail on furnishing personal bond in the sum of ` 40,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Trial Court.
