% 07.05.2018 Vide the present petition, the petitioner has sought a direction to respondent no.1/Sub-Divisional Magistrate, to demarcate the plot in terms of the petitioner's application dated 2nd April, 2018. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner concedes that he has not approached any higher Revenue Authority alleging non-action by respondent no.1 on the petitioner's request. He, therefore, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to approach the appropriate Revenue Authority. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
