W.P.(C) 3565/2016 The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking following prayers:- "(a) Quashing/setting aside of Inquiry Report dated 07.01.2015 as filed by the Inquiry Authority; (b) Quashing/setting aside of impugned order dated 27.03.2015 as passed by the disciplinary authority; (c) Quashing/setting aside of the impugned order dated 10.02.2016 as passed by the Appellate Authority; (d) Direct the respondent/Bank to pay the petitioner all consequential benefits for which the petitioner is entitled for in case and order of dismissal from service was not

imposed."

Mr.Sarfaraz Khan, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed a review application before the Reviewing Authority on 31.03.2016 and the same is pending. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition after disposal of the review application.
