% 07.01.2019 A prayer is made in this petition for an expedited trial of case in FIR No.26/2013 under Sections 420/468/471/34 of IPC registered at P.S. Shakarpur, Delhi.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that the matter is coming up before the trial court for hearing on the point of charge on 11th February, 2019 and it is stated that petitioner is suffering from Brain Cancer of 4th Stage.
