This is an application filed by the petitioner for recalling of the order dated 26.04.2019.

The transfer petition was dismissed as it was found that the suit (CS No. 58223/2016) sought to be transferred was at an advanced stage. It is noted that the opening arguments of the plaintiff (respondent herein) were concluded and the petitioner herein is now required to complete the final arguments. This Court finds no reason to recall the said order. 4.

The application is dismissed.
