O R D E R

% 11.07.2016 The learned counsel for the plaintiff states that the defendant no.1 company has its office in Nehru Place, New Delhi which falls in the South District. He states that he has already filed an amended memo of parties and accordingly, the matter should stand transferred to the South District (Saket Court Complex).

Mr Gurmehar S. Sistani, learned counsel appearing for the ex management/defendant no.1 company states that the defendant no.1 company is in the process of being wound up and an Official Liquidator has already been appointed by an order dated 18.03.2016. He states that in this view the plaintiff would have move an appropriate application before the Company Court. The learned counsel for the plaintiffs states that he shall do the needful.

The present matter has been listed pursuant to the order dated 13.05.2016 passed by the Registrar (Original) stating that the matter has been received from the Court of Ms Anu Malhotra, District & Sessions Judge, (South), Saket, Delhi for the reason that the matter does not pertain to the South District. In view of the statement that the amended memo of parties has been filed, let the matter be transferred back to the Court of the Learned District & Sessions Judge, (South-East), Saket, Delhi.
