By this petition the petitioner Anshuk Agrawal does not seek any relief on his behalf but seeks relief of quashing of the Complaint Case No. 23674/2016 titled as 'M/s Micromax Informatics Ltd. vs. M/s Gayatri Infotel & Ors.' and the order summoning the accused No.4 Rajiv Garg. 2.

The petitioner has no locus standi to seek a relief on behalf of the coaccused. 3.
