O R D E R
% 24.07.2017 It is submitted that petitioners and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably, therefore, FIR No. 293/2016 under Sections 308/34 IPC registered at police station Nand Nagri on the complaint of respondent no.2 be quashed. He submits that he has settled the matter of his own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion, therefore, is not willing to pursue the FIR and the same may be
quashed.
Keeping in mind that petitioners and respondent no.2 have settled the their disputes amicably in order to maintain harmonious relations being residents of same locality and the fact that respondent no.2 is not interested in pursuing the FIR, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 293/2016 under Sections 308/34 IPC registered at police station Nand Nagri and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
