% 31.08.2017 It is submitted that petitioners and respondent nos.2 and 3 have settled their disputes amicably vide a Compromise Deed/Settlement Deed dated 22nd April, 2016;

therefore, FIR No.

125/2016 under Sections 452/354(B)/323/506/34 IPC registered at police station Sarita Vihar on the complaint of respondent no.2, may be quashed. Respondent nos. 2 and 3 are present in Court and have been identified by SI Seeta Ram, PS. Sarita Vihar.

It is submitted that petitioners and respondent nos. 2 and 3 are neighbours. A quarrel took place between them on some trivial issue, which had led to registration of the present FIR. They admit having settled the

matter with the petitioners of their own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion.

Respondent nos. 2 and 3 further submit that they are not willing to pursue the FIR and the same may be quashed. Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the petitioners and respondent nos. 2 and 3, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 125/2016 under Sections 452/354(B)/323/506/34 IPC registered at police station Sarita Vihar, which is at the investigation stage, is quashed.
