W.P.(C) No.4285/2016 By way of present petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has impugned award dated 24.01.2000 passed by learned Presiding Officer, Labour Court-IV, Delhi in ID No.476/89 whereby a sum of Rs.15,000/- was awarded to the petitioner/workman as compensation.

The petitioner challenged the impugned award dated 24.01.2000 by filing W.P.(C) No.7791/2000 which was dismissed by this Court vide order dated 19.09.2006.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner

filed LPA against order dated 19.09.2006 which was dismissed vide order dated 04.12.2006. Thereafter, the petitioner filed an application for reinstatement before the Regional Labour Commissioner, Central, Delhi and vide letter dated 21.05.2013 the same has been returned by the concerned authority with the remark that "no action" is to be taken At this stage, Mr.D.B. Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. As prayed, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn. V.P.VAISH, J MAY 13, 2016/gm
