This is a joint application moved for seeking a direction from this Court to vacate the order dated 22.05.2018 passed in OMP (I) (COMM) 224/2018.

This prayer is made in the backdrop of the fact that the parties, I am told, have arrived at a settlement with the intercession of the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre (in short "Centre"). A copy of the settlement agreement dated 04.06.2018 is appended at page 11 of the application.

To be noted, the counsel for the petitioners is present in the Court but there is no representation on behalf of the respondents. However, the application bears the signatures of both the counsel for the petitioners as well as that of the respondents.

The application is supported by affidavits of Mr.

Ajay Chaddha/petitioner no. 2 and Mr. Jagat Narayan Chaddha/petitioner no. 3, the partners of the petitioner's firm, and also of Mr. Rohit Khanna, authorized representative of respondent no. 1 company. To be noted, respondent no. 2 and 3 are the Directors of respondent no. 1 company. 5.

Furthermore, Mr. Jagat Narayan Chaddha has placed on record self attested photocopy of his identity card issued by the Election Commission of India while Mr. Ajay Chaddha has placed on record self attested photocopy of his aadhar card.

The Registry will scan and upload the same for the purpose of good order and record.

In these circumstances, the prayer made in the application is allowed. 8.

The Order dated 22.05.2018 will stand vacated. 9.

The Registry will dispatch a copy of this order to the respondents as well as their counsel.
