Mr Jain, learned counsel for the decree-holder states that despite best efforts, they have not been able to get the addresses of the judgment-debtors. He further states that the properties of the judgment-debtors have been attached under the SARFAESI Act, 2002 and sold pursuant thereto and some amounts have been received by the decree-holder. 3.
The execution petitions have been pending for last more than 8 years in the Court and no fresh addresses have been furnished by the decreeholder. 4.
For the said reason, the execution petitions are closed permitting the decree-holder to revive the same as and when they are able to find the fresh addresses of the judgment-debtors.
