Vide order dated 26th April, 2016, the delay application as well as the restoration applications of the petitioner were allowed subject to the payment of cost of Rs.5,000/- by the learned counsel for the petitioner to the learned counsel for the respondent within 15 days. 2.

Mr.S.K. Choudhary, Advocate appeared on behalf of the petitioner and on being questioned whether cost has been paid or not, he submits that the cost has not been paid and he has filed an application for waiver of the cost.
