After arguments learned counsel for the appellants says that the appeal be disposed of as not pressed inasmuch as the appellants are proposing to file comprehensive suit for partition etc. with respect to the suit property and appropriate reliefs will be claimed in the said suit.

The appeal is accordingly disposed of as not pressed with the aforesaid observation.
