% 10.08.2016 By this petition filed under Section 482 of Cr. P.C., the petitioner seeks alternate prayers for directing respondent No. 1 to place on record before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate the reports of the FSL.

Considering the aforesaid prayer being justified, respondent No. 1 - State is directed to file all the FSL reports including the FSL Report dated July 2013 and 2015 before the court of learned Metropolitan Magistrate within a period of one week. With aforesaid directions, the present petition stands disposed of.
