The claimant Geeta Devi is present and has produced passbook of her savings bank account No.23010110028773 with UCO Bank, Laxmi Nagar Branch, Delhi, IFSC Code: UCBA0002301 with the necessary endorsement. 2.

UCO Bank, Karkardooma Courts Branch has following two FDRs in respect of which the quarterly interest is being paid to Geeta Devi:- (i) FDR No.20780310212820 for Rs.10,74,687/-. (ii)FDR No.20780310212837 for Rs.3,39,634/-.

UCO Bank, Karkardooma Courts Branch is directed to discharge both the FDRs and carry out the following directions:-

(i) Issue fresh 120 FDRs of Rs.10,000/- each in the name of Geeta Devi for the period 1 month to 120 months respectively, with cumulative interest. (ii) The balance amount, after keeping Rs.12,00,000/- in FDRs be released to Geeta Devi by transferring the same to her savings bank account mentioned in para-1 above.

(iii) At the time of maturity, the maturity amount of the FDRs shall be credited in the aforesaid savings bank account of Geeta Devi. (iv) All the original FDRs shall be retained by UCO Bank, Delhi High Court Branch. However, a statement containing FDR number, FDR amount, date of maturity and maturity amount be furnished to Geeta Devi. (v) The claimant, Geeta Devi is permitted to withdraw money from her savings bank account by means of a withdrawal form. (vi) No loan or advance or pre-mature discharge shall be permitted without the permission of this Court.

List for reporting compliance and disbursement of the balance amount of Rs.12,28,919/- along with interest accrued thereon, on 31st May, 2018. 5.

The claimant, Basanta Ram shall remain present in Court on the next date of hearing.

Copy of this order be given dasti to learned counsels for the parties under signature of Court Master.
