% 09.05.2018 Petitioner filed an application under Section 311 Cr.P.C. for recalling the PW13 Const. Hawa Singh, PW18 HC Vijay Mohan, PW22 Dr. Garima Chaudhary, PW25 SI P.L. Meena and PW26 Insp. Rakesh Kumar. This application was dismissed by the trial court vide order dated 23rd December, 2017. Aggrieved by the said order, petitioner filed Crl. M.C. 239/2018 before this Court which was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 17th January, 2018.

Petitioner again filed an application under Section 311 Cr.P.C. for recalling the same witnesses, that is, PW22, PW25 and PW26 on the same grounds, which has been dismissed by the trial court by the order impugned in this petition under Section 482 CrPC. Petitioner cannot agitate

the same issue again and again by filing one after the other petition. Petition is dismissed.

Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous.
