% 07.05.2018 After some hearing, the counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the present petition and the applications filed therewith and instead be given liberty to file review petition to point out that the proceedings in which the application was moved in the suit of the opposite party only for reasons the documents in question were filed on the record of that case, the prayer made in the application requiring consideration in light of the fact that the suit is consolidated with the suit No.7799/2016 of the petitioner, and also with reference to the observations recorded earlier in order dated 31.05.2016.

The petition and the applications filed therewith are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for granted. Dasti under the signature of Court Master.
