This application is moved on behalf of the applicant namely Shreyansh, son of the deceased respondent/Suraj, seeking release of surety documents which have been filed in the present matter. 2.
No one is present for the non-applicant/appellant. 3.
In fact, the present appeal already stands dismissed vide order dated 10.09.2024, for non-appearance of the appellant on several dates and lastly on 10.09.2024.

The applicant submits that the respondent/Suraj has expired and his legal heirs are already on the record. Remaining legal heirs have issued an NOC in favour of the applicant/Shreyansh. 5.
Hence, there appears to be no legal impediment in allowing the release of the documents, which have been submitted in accordance with the directions of this Court.
