% 18.01.2017 By this writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, petitioner has prayed for quashing of FIR No. 989/14 under Sections 420/467/468/471/120-B IPC registered at police station Hauz Khas. Learned ASC for the State submits investigations are complete and closure report has been filed. Accordingly, I am not inclined to entertain the present writ petition and the same is disposed of.

Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
