% 27.01.2017 CM No.3262/2017 The petitioner, by the present petition, has sought quashing of letter dated 24.08.2007, cancelling the allotment of Plot No.6 measuring 850 sq. meters at Mata Sundri Marg, Rouse Avenue, New Delhi allotted in favour of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by letter dated 27.12.2016, the petitioner has been informed that the respondents have decided to revoke the cancellation order dated 24.08.2007, subject to withdrawal of the present petition. It is submitted that in view of the said letter, the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.

In view of the above, the application is allowed. WP(C) 6866/2007

W.P.(C) 6866/2007 In view of the orders passed in the application, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
