% 19.02.2019 The petitioner seeks transfer of investigation in case of FIR No. 214/2016 dated 28.05.2016 registered at PS Chhwala, New Delhi to CBI into the murder of her husband. According to the Status Report dated 18.02.2019, filed by the ACP, Chhawla, New Delhi four suspects have been put under polygraph test and two other persons have already been examined under polygraph test. Looking at the nature of the case, investigation of the same has been transferred to the Crime Branch, Delhi Police. Mr. Rahul Mehra, the learned Standing Counsel for the State, assures the Court, on instructions, that the investigation shall be completed within three months. Let investigation be carried out under the supervision of DCP concerned.

In view of the above, the petition is not pressed any further. The petition stands disposed off accordingly.
