% 13.02.2019 Petitioner assails the impugned order dated 24.02.2018 whereby the leave to defend application of the respondent was allowed on the ground that though the petitioner herein is in possession of the accommodation, but such accommodation is insufficient and as such pleaded for additional accommodation. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits he shall be satisfied if the petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Trial Court to expedite the trial.

In view of above, this petition stands disposed of with the direction to the learned Trial Court to make endeavour to complete the trial, preferably, within a period of one year. Copy of this order be communicated to the learned Trial Court for information. No order as to costs.
