Record perused.

The present matter has already been disposed of vide order dated 10.02.2016 by the Hon'ble Court in terms of the agreement dated 03.12.2015 entered into by the parties before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre. Since, the matter has been settled before the Mediation Centre, by virtue of section 16 of the Court Fees Act, the plaintiff is entitled to return of full amount of Court fee. The application is accordingly allowed.

IA stands disposed of.
