O R D E R

% 10.08.2017 It is submitted that petitioners and respondent nos. 2 to 4 have settled their disputes amicably, therefore, FIR No.156/2014 under Sections 323/354/509/34 IPC registered at Police Station Greater Kailash on the complaint of respondent no.2 may be quashed.

Respondent nos.2 to 4 are present in Court and have been identified by SI Kishor Prasad, P.S. Greater Kailash. Respondent nos.2 to 4 submit that they have settled the matter with the petitioners of their own free will and without any undue force, pressure

or coercion and they have no objection in case FIR is quashed. In fact, respondent no. 3 had appeared in Court on 27th July, 2017 and stated that he has no objection in case FIR is quashed. It is noted that settlement between respondent no. 2 and petitioners had been arrived at before the Mediation Centre, Saket Courts, New Delhi on 5th October, 2015 and proceeding sheet is annexed as Annexure P-3.

It is further informed that the offence under Sections 323/509 IPC has already been permitted to be compounded by the trial court.

Keeping in view of the settlement arrived at between petitioners and respondent nos.2 to 4, in the interest of justice, FIR No.156/2014 under Sections 354/34 IPC registered at Police Station Greater Kailash and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
