% 08.03.2017 Learned counsel for the appellant states that it has been clarified that the amount of Rs.30,728/- has been deposited by the appellants G.C. Gupta and Vishal Gupta. This position is confirmed by learned counsel for the respondent/ED.

In view of the deposit of the said amount, counsel for the appellant does not wish to press the appeal.
