Mr. Nitish Chaudhary, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits that, as the respondents have stated that they would redress the grievance of the petitioner within three months, he would prefer to withdraw this writ petition at this stage and submits that he would approach the Court if his grievance still survives and remains unredressed.

Reserving liberty to the petitioner to do so, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
