O R D E R

% 27.04.2016 The order impugned in this petition is the order dated 25.4.2016 vide which, during the pendency of the appeal, before the Deputy Commissioner (South), the Deputy Commissioner (South) had passed interim order, directing warrants of possession to be executed against the property of the petitioners.

This Court has been informed that the belongings of petitioners, which include the school bag and the school books, as also the personal clothes of the children of the petitioners, have been taken away in the course of execution proceedings.

The appeal is listed before the Deputy Commissioner (South). The Deputy Commissioner (South) will consider handing over the aforesaid articles back to the petitioners on superdari during the pendency of the appeal. Meanwhile, since the order has been passed by the Deputy

Commissioner (South) and the next hierarchy is the Financial Commissioner, the petitioners are advised to approach the Financial Commissioner, who will pass appropriate orders and dispose off the appeal expeditiously, since there appears to be urgency in the matter, The petition is disposed off.
