This application has been filed by respondent no.1 seeking release of amount lying deposited with Registry of this Court in terms of order dated 1st June 2018 in W.P.(C) 5479/2018, where the following order was passed: 2.

The writ petition was thereafter disposed of by order dated 11th September 2024 upon non-appearance of the petitioner. 3.

Even thereafter notice of this application was issued to petitioner on 27th November 2024, however, no one appeared. 4.

Considering that petition already stands dismissed, the application is allowed.

It is accordingly directed that the amount, along with accrued interest, be released by the Registry to the applicant Ms. Sonica Tyagi on her furnishing her bank account details.

It has been clarified by respondent no.1 that the bank account is maintained in the name of Ms. Sonika Tyagi whereas she was appointed/ impleaded in the name of Ms. Sonika Gupta Tyagi. 7.

Additionally, respondent no.1 shall furnish an undertaking that in the event of reversal of order on being challenged by the petitioner, respondent no.1 shall duly reimburse the same.

The application stands disposed of with these directions. 9.
